Meet Revvia

Tim Holt is the CEO and Founder of Revvia. A native of Southern California, Tim is extremely passionate about doing business with integrity and a results-driven attitude. Tim started Revvia when he was a pastor at a church as a passion project, so he always says that he answers to a higher power than your checkbook. Tim started Revvia in 2020 but was marketing as a side-gig starting in 2014. His marketing strategies have helped businesses and non-profits achieve a combined over 1 billion impressions. Tim loves to surf and play guitar when he gets time. He and his wife Meghan live in North County San Diego with their four boys Declan, Ronan, Sawyer, and Johnny.

Scotty Cowan joined Revvia as an Account Executive in 2024 and serves Escondido and North County in San Diego. His passion is making sure that business owners have exactly what they need to help their businesses grow. When he's not working with his clients, you'll find Scotty watching the Padres, arguing about how Lebron is better than Jordan, and pastoring kids at New Vintage Church on the weekends. Scotty lives in Poway with his wife Emily.

Matt Perry joined Revvia as an Account Executive in 2024 and is passionate about leadership and product development and helps his clients grow holistically through its marketing and beyond. Matt lives in and serves South County San Diego for Revvia and is passionate about leadership development and church planting. Matt lives with his wife and daughter in Chula Vista.

Jake Carr is an account manager with Revvia serving the centerpoint of the US - Omaha, Nebraska! Jake joined the Revvia team in 2024 and as a local business owner in Omaha, Jake knows the ins-and-outs of running a business in the Cornhusker state. Jake lives in Omaha with his wife and two awesome boys.

Christian brings over a decade of leadership experience in operations and team development. At Revvia, he supports the sales organization where he driven by helping small businesses thrive.

Outside of work, Christian stays active—he’s an avid snowboarder, runner, and surfer who’s always chasing the next adventure. He brings that same energy and discipline into his work: building teams, scaling systems, and helping clients thrive.

Kris is a San Diego native and San Diego State graduate with a lifelong passion for building and scaling brands. He’s helped launch multiple businesses—including co-founding Chuze Fitness—and brings a unique blend of experience across marketing, technology, operations, and growth strategy. Having been a small business owner himself, Kris understands what it takes to succeed from both sides of the table. At Revvia, he combines strategic thinking with creative energy to help clients unlock new revenue and connect with their audience. Outside of work, you’ll find him surfing, golfing, and enjoying life in Encinitas with his family.

Paisley joined Revvia in 2025 and provides marketing and executive support to Tim. She has over 8 years of experience helping businesses thrive. Paisley is a local filmmaker and can be found on set, photographing portraits and enjoying other creative endeavors with her partner.

Kennedi Cutliff is a University of Oregon alum, where she received a degree in Art & Technology. Kennedi is passionate about all things creative, and believes creative inspiration is driven by new experiences. She specializes in graphic design, social media marketing, and brand development. Outside of work she can be found reading, writing, hiking, or drinking a coffee.
