Our Story

We act like your CMO - not your vendor.

Revvia was built on one stubborn idea: do whatever it takes to grow a client's revenue, and stay honest about it.

Marketing how it should be.
How it started

It didn't begin as a marketing agency.

Revvia started in early 2020 as First Door Marketing, built to keep churches and nonprofits alive through the pandemic - when their doors were closed and their support was disappearing. The brief was simple: do whatever it takes to connect these organizations with the people looking for them. We stood up a fractional CMO function and went to work. While most struggled, our clients set records - donations and online attendance climbed.

When businesses reopened in 2022, they came to those same nonprofit clients frustrated: five figures a month on marketing, and nothing moving. We were introduced, we ran the same playbook, and it worked - big time. Inside six months, every business client had grown revenue at least 50% year over year.

That's when Revvia became Revvia. And the insight that started it still runs everything: don't act like a marketing company. Be the client's Chief Marketing Officer and their whole team, and obsess over the only thing that matters - revenue.

Tim started this as a pastor. He still says he answers to a higher power than your checkbook.

That's why the work is honest, the contracts are month to month, and there are no confusing charges or hidden fees. And if we're not the right fit for your brand, you'll hear it on the first call.

Where we are now

The same conviction - pointed at consumer & lifestyle brands.

Today, that do-whatever-it-takes approach is focused on consumer & lifestyle brands. We've become a San Diego, production-led growth studio - running paid media, email and SMS retention, and clean tracking, and shooting the creative ourselves, in-house and in person.

Same conviction, sharper focus: apparel, beauty, wellness, accessories, home, and food & beverage brands - plus the multi-location and membership brands like them - across Southern California, ready to actually grow. We don't outsource your creative or hand you to a junior. You get a senior team that's in your warehouse with a camera - and a number to answer to.

What we believe

Six things we won't compromise on.

01

Revenue over impressions

Likes and reach don’t pay you. We build and report to the number that does.

02

Whatever it takes

We act like owners of your growth, not a vendor running a checklist.

03

In-house & on location

Your creative is produced by our own team, in person - not outsourced or stock.

04

Senior-led

The people who win your account are the people who run it. No bait and switch.

05

Month-to-month

No multi-year lock-ins or hidden fees. We earn the relationship every month.

06

Honest on the first call

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you - before you’ve spent a dollar.

How to choose

Same goal. Three very different fits.

Most agencies are either a national machine or a local site builder. We're the one studio that's both - local and in person, running your whole growth engine.

How Revvia compares with a national growth agency and a local web/CRO shop.
